On August 5th night, an art exhibit, artist sharing and concert that celebrate various World Heritage Sites.
To your surprise, I will present piano works about Mont St.Michel and Machu Picchu, a violin & piano duo on Stonehenge, a vocal piece about Galapagos islands!! Reading poems by Byron and Tagore. Isn't that exciting!

詩意旅行•人人都嚮往來一趟法國古堡巡禮之旅
*世界首演*以「世界第 8 大奇蹟」法國古堡聖米歇爾山為主題的鋼琴獨奏組曲，還演奏鋼琴小提琴長篇傑作，走遍法國充滿傳奇及神話色彩的古鎮古城! 更會演奏以磁石改變鋼琴聲效的預置鋼琴作品，靈感來自傳奇藝術家約瑟夫·康奈爾（Joseph Cornell）經典的影子盒 Stanley Wong presents this spectacular concert features new music by acclaimed living composer. The concert opens with a magical prepared piano music inspired by the collage boxes of artist Joseph Cornell who drew together many odd and unlikely objects into miniature surreal worlds. The piano strings are attached with special magnets to create ethereal sound! The second part of the concert features a world premiere of a commissioned piano work inspired from the stunning site "Mont Saint Michel" and a showpiece for violin & piano duet exploring the legendary chateaux and medieval stories of France. |

Student Concert 2017 April 22

Stanley's annual Student Concert will be holding on Saturday 22nd April night. Young musicians are going to perform music by Beethoven, Chopin, Mendelssohn, Bartok and more! Even original composition by one of Stanley's students!
Let's rejoice through the cheerful and delightful music!! One of the highlights will be two-piano performances featuring Piano Concerto no.3 "Maryland" by contemporary composer Alexander Peskanov who is Stanley's friend! Vocal and violin performance will also enrich the joy of that night! |

Stanley will present "Love Twitters" by Augusta Read Thomas at a party & concert to help celebrate the Ernest So Piano Library Project and the arrival of a 1927 Steinway, an antique collection by Mr.So.
Stanley specially chose the capricious, cheerful, full of love "Love Twitters" by Augusta for this event. This surprising arrangement of Irving Berlin's "They say it's wonderful" would mesmerize the audience.
Stanley will present "Love Twitters" by Augusta Read Thomas at a party & concert to help celebrate the Ernest So Piano Library Project and the arrival of a 1927 Steinway, an antique collection by Mr.So.

Stanley is invited as guest pianist in Andy Mak's piano recital on Jan 14 2017. The entire recital features original compositions by Andy. Stanley is excited to give the world premiere of Andy's new work "Little Dream" for toy piano & piano which Andy specially dedicated to Stanley. Also, Stanley will perform Andy's new piano 4-hand arrangment of a jazz piece with Andy!
The concert paired with CD and sheet music release by Andy.
