8th Nov 2015 will be the 70th birthday of internationally-recognized composer Judith Zaimont
Stanley will take part in the worldwide concert scheduling invited by Jeffrey James Art Consulting, NY, USA
Stanley will help celebrate this milestone by performing some of Ms. Zaimont's piano works.  

Stanley will present intriguing piano work by Judith Zaimont that can represent the hallmark of her incredible piano writing 
Stanley will celebrate his birthday too (which is on 10th November) with his students and friends, so it will be a delightful party filled with many heart-warming, refreshing piano music from traditional classic to contemporary era!!

World Premiere of Carol Worthey's brand new
"The Ice Cream Sweet" a suite for solo piano

Pianist Stanley Wong is absolutely delighted to receive his commissioned work, The Ice Cream Sweet. 
The cover artwork on the left gives you an idea of the ice cream flavors portrayed but not necessarily the full extent of emotion, mood, style and pianistic wizardry in it, one of Carol's best works to date. Waltz, fugue, aria, bossa nova, toccata and other depictions of flavors are linked by promenades, marches and fanfares in a similar manner to Mussorgsky's Pictures at An Exhibition, making the work a whole CELEBRATION of Ice Cream, Joy-bringer to Mankind!!
8 Ice cream flavors in the suite are:
Vanilla, Ginger, Double fudge Chocolate, Mango meets Coconut, Coffee and Butter pecan, Mint Chocolate chips, Cherries Jubilee and Rocky Road.

It will be an extraordinary experience to listen how desserts are depicted in musical characters.

被譽為「才華橫溢的鋼琴家、傑出的當代作品演繹家」、「聲音的繪畫家」，王氏多元化的藝術背景，讓他非凡地創造出迷人、無比創新的音樂會節目。
近年，他經常在演奏時融入跨藝術元素，例如英詩朗誦、舞蹈、視覺藝術、謎語等，追求二十一世紀鋼琴獨奏會的新定義。而他大膽、別具一格的選曲被評為「具無比勇氣的音樂探險家」。身為眾多國際著名作曲家的朋友，王氏熱衷為他們的作品首演，展露與當代作曲家的緊密聯繫，當中包括Oliver Knussen, Augusta Read Thomas, Victoria Bond, Bruce Broughton 的作品。
